The Government of the Republic of Korea and the Government of India signed their first bilateral Exchange of Notes for the KOICA India TVET Mechatronics Project, developed in collaboration with the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).

The agreement was signed by H.E. Lee Seong-ho, Korean Ambassador to India, and Ms. Manisha Sinha, Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance.
